A new poster of Telugu film Penguin is out now. Featuring Keerthy Suresh in the lead, the poster shows the actor in a gruesome state with blood fusing out from the lips and a severe cut on the nose. Penguin movie is the second South Indian film which is latest movie releasing on an OTT platform after Jyothika’s Ponmagal Vandhal released on Amazon Prime Video last month

The Teaser of Keerthy Suresh's upcoming Tamil thriller, Penguin, was unveiled on Monday. Going by the visuals, the film follows the story of a mother searching for her missing son with a serial killer.

It seems to be the season of thrill and mystery! The audiences are all set to witness another thriller suspense drama movie stars Keerthy Suresh and Karthik Subbaraj. The film Penguin story of a mother's physical and emotional journey to save her child.

Her son with Keerthy talks of a slightly blurred shot with The Teaser opens. In the next shot, we see a kid walking with an orange umbrella. In the next scene, we hear Keerthy calling out her son's name, Ajay. This is followed by the search efforts to find Ajay.

The Atmospheric Penguin Teaser is a masked killer with a shot that closes as something sinister is going to happen, and underlines the feeling.

The first look poster of Penguin was the unveiled last year. The poster featured Keerthy as a pregnant woman and it was sad that her profile would be sad. The film also stars Rangaraj and Linga in prominent roles.

Tipped to be a horror-thriller, the film will see Keerthy take revenge but not human form. Apparently, she gave a nod to her project after hearing the two lines of the story as she moved on to the core plot.

Penguin, directed by Eeshwar Karthic, will premiere on Amazon Prime June 19. Delivered by Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Films, the film has music by Santosh Narayanan. This is the second mainstream Tamil film, followed by Jyotika's Ponmagal Vandhal, a direct opt   for OTT release, bypassing theatres due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The film will see Keerthy play a very dark but mother emotional role. She recently completed this project, which was shot in Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu.

Penguin movie releasing  June 19 in Tamil and Telugu with dubs in Malayalam on Amazon Prime Video India.
